Werco company leases the last vacant warehouse at the D1 by Prague

A leading distributor of garden equipment and machinery in the Czech Republic, the Werco company, leases 9,000 m2 of modern warehouse in the p.k.Solvent industrial area at the D1 highway, Exit 15. It was the last vacant warehouse space in the locality. Werco company moved from Říčany where they resided in several older buildings. The main reason for leaving the previous premises is a cost saving expectation related to storing and distribution.

We have been dealing with an optimization of our storage capacity for a long time. The p.k.Solvent area provides high quality facilities enabling us to reduce transport costs, increase the stock transparency and we believe it will streamline the company´s entire supply chain,“ said Rudolf Runštuk, Owner, Werco company.

The p.k.Solvent area is situated in well-established logistic zone right next to the D1 highway, Exit 15 and thus it provides an easy transport connection to the main highway junctions. The locality is among the most popular places in the Czech Republic for logistics and distribution activities and the area was long facing a shortage of vacant warehouse space. The new lease transaction has brought a warehouse space in the locality to full occupancy.
