Notary office opens in Bredovský Dvůr
Bredovský Dvůr, an administrative complex in Olivova street in the Prague city center, has a new tenant. A young Czech company specialized in the notary services has leased about 300 sq m in the complex and plans to open there an office this December. Due to new lease transaction, Bredovský Dvůr has enriched a structure and service of its tenants and nowadays the property is 95% leased.
Among the tenants in Bredovský Dvůr may include diverse range of firms, the place is a seat for example for the companies Arcadis, British council or HAYS. "We have been intensively looking for this type of tenant and are very happy we could finally enrich the services of the complex this way," said Svetozár Rohoň MRICS from SachsenFonds company which owns and manages the property. The notary office will be situated in the historical part of the complex with an access from the Politických vězňů street. As a real estate advisor acted 108 AGENCY Office Property Team.
Bredovský Dvůr is located between the streets Olivova and Politických vězňů in Prague 1 and it provides approximately 12,000 sq m of A class office and retail spaces.
