Boats love the water. And 108 as well!

We exchanged comfortable chairs and shirts for flip-flops, shorts and turquoise t-shirts, and on June 12th in the early afternoon we set sailed for several days’ trip. Our route was carefully planned. We boarded in Sokolov, situated at the confluence of the Ohře and the Svatava. Our boating trip continued along the Ohře river with a protected landscape area around Loket and the stream brought us to the spa town of Karlovy Vary.

We sailed canoes and the more adventurous colleagues tested kayak. The weather was fine and we managed to get a suntan and strengthen the muscles during almost 25 kilometres of cruise. On top of that, we managed to successfully overcome a few weirs that were in our way.

It was 108 % fun and till next time AHOJ!
