108 AGENCY extends the partnership with Košík.cz
Košík Retail s.r.o., one of the the leading on-line retailers focused on grocery, continues the cooperation with real estate advisors 108 AGENCY. After securing the warehousing premises in Prague Horní Počernice, the company now expands also to the regions of Brno, Ostrava and Olomouc.
As the logistic centre in Prague Horní Počernice (totalling 7,184 sq m of warehousing and administrative spaces) fully operates, the company Košík.cz was able to focus more on the regional expansion. New warehousing and logistic premises in the locations of Brno, Ostrava and Olomouc widen the coverage of Czech market and further develop the successful cooperation with 108 AGENCY.
„Our new distribution centres allow us to get closer to our customers and further establish the brand on the Czech market. We aim to continually expand Kosik.cz in reaction to growing popularity of our comfortable services,“ stated Jakub Šulta, founder of Košík.cz.
When founded, the company had focused solely on Prague market. New logistic centre in Horní Počernice became the key element for the expansion of services to locations such as Pilsen, Liberec, Jablonec nad Nisou and also Teplice or Ústí nad Labem. New business strategy of the company brought the need of further expansion. New warehousing solutions in Brno and Ostrava are situated in the industrial parks built by CTP and together with the warehouse in Olomouc offer more than 1,600 sq m of storage capacity.
“We are delighted that the company Košík.cz authorized us to find suitable premises in the current market situation defined by limited availability,” stated Michal Barthell from the industrial team of 108 AGENCY.
Košík.cz is the Czech e-commerce retail company founded in 2015. It focuses on the ever growing on-line grocery shopping market. The main advantage of this shopping concept is in the comfort for the customers, as the order is delivered directly to the front door.
The park P3 Prague Horní Počernice represents one of the largest logistic parks in Central Europe and nowadays reports the occupancy rate of 95%. It is located in Prague East, 15 minutes from Prague city center, on exit 3 of D10 motorway (Prague – Mladá Boleslav – Germany/Poland). The park is easily accessible by public transport – the metro station Černý Most is 1.5 km away, the train station is less than 1 km away and a regular bus line operates within the park. The location of the park makes it attractive especially for retailers, seeking the warehousing premises combined with showroom spaces.Back
