Our office property department has realized transactions with a total area of 93.613 m2 for 160 clients to date.

We have been dealing with office properties since 2009, during which time we have gained extensive experience in this segment. We constantly monitor market developments and refine our knowledge so that we can always provide comprehensive services which meet the latest requirements and trends in the field.

We focus primarily on administrative centres, office buildings and commercial compounds in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland. As a result of the growing demand for the lease of interesting retail premises, we have created a completely new platform named "The Prostor". The project was undertaken by Dušan Hříbal, whose task is mainly to offer clients short-term lease of commercial space in the form of pop-up concepts.
