EYELEVEL´S NEW HEADQUARTERS AND STORAGE SPACE ARRANGED UNDER THE BATON OF 108 AGENCY

Real estate consultants 108 AGENCY assessed the company Eyelevel’s domestic properties, reviewed the storage processes to increase the efficiency and negotiated lease agreements for a new warehouse and office premises. Originally the Czech company Eyelevel, which has managed to assert itself on global level in the field of design concepts of retail units, will have the new 5 400-sq m headquarters in the AFI Vokovice office scheme as of 11/2018. From 1/2019, it will operate in a new 26 000-sq m central warehouse in Prologis Park Prague Airport.

Michal Barthell, Industrial Property Consultant 108 AGENCY, states: "Eyelevel now resides in two warehouses around Prague, its production and distribution areas need to consolidate and streamline the whole production process. We recommended Prague-West, which today offers a relatively large amount of available warehouse space. Eyelevel has become one of the key tenants of Prologis Park Prague Airport. The company agreed to rent 26 100 sq m of warehouse space and 1 250 sq m of offices. The project will be delivered by January 2019, as the hall is currently under construction. The premises of whole Prologis Park Prague Airportreachan area of 134 500 sq m and today there are companies such as Červa, Bonami, Linemartand Stonebridge. All these leasing transactions have been arranged by 108 AGENCY, the consultancy ensured occupancy of almost entire park."

AFI Vokovice is the project of an administrative building in Prague 6, developed by AFI Europe. It is located directly opposite Veleslavín Train Station (train, metro and tram) between the streets of Evropská and Kladenská.
